• Perform an amount of public service equal to the time it takes to attend sports games, recitals, teacher conferences, etc.
• Survive eight months of chronic sleep deprivation to do additional public service.
• Transfer all (yes, all) their personal leave to the mother for sick-kid days.
• Spend 90 minutes each weeknight on a homework tutoring service. Schedule it over happy hour. If the kids they tutor don’t do well in school, their time obligation rises.
• Donate use of every vehicle they own or lease to a rideshare program for mothers three days per week.
